ClientDocs is a document productivity and management platform designed to help individuals, professionals, and businesses create, process, organise, sign, manage, and share business documents.

FSPay

FSPay is a technology platform providing digital payment experiences and commerce tools. Certain services available through the platform, including utility payments, payment processing and virtual-card-related services, may be facilitated through integrations with appropriately licensed financial institutions and service providers.

Where a service is provided by a licensed third-party provider, the relevant provider remains responsible for the regulated service it provides and may impose additional terms, verification requirements, transaction limits, or compliance requirements.

Individual products may also have supplementary product-specific terms. Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will apply to the relevant service.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law to use services that require a contractual relationship.

Businesses and organisations using our services represent that the person creating or managing the account has authority to act on their behalf.

Certain services may have additional eligibility, identity verification, geographic, age, or regulatory requirements.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, including Flutterwave and other authorised payment partners.

The availability of a particular payment method may depend on the product, transaction, location, currency, or payment provider.

Fecund Seed does not store complete payment-card details where payment information is collected and processed directly by an authorised payment processor.

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, security controls, transaction limits, verification procedures, and compliance requirements.

7. Payment Confirmation

A payment is not considered successfully completed until confirmation has been received from the relevant payment processor or financial partner.

Where a payment is pending, reversed, declined, or otherwise unsuccessful, access to the associated paid service may be delayed until successful payment is confirmed.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service purchased.

Our separate Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds may be requested and processed.

Certain services may not be refundable after they have been delivered, consumed, activated, customised, or substantially performed, subject to applicable law.

Third-party transaction charges that have already been incurred may also be non-refundable where those charges cannot be recovered from the relevant provider.

Where a Fecund Seed product is offered on a subscription basis, applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and included features will be displayed through the relevant product.

Users may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation options provided by the relevant product.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal and does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for a billing period already paid for or substantially consumed, except where required by law or provided under our Refund Policy.

Custom software development, consulting, implementation, integration, cybersecurity, AI, and other professional engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, Statement of Work, service agreement, or contract.
